Kuvings EVO700 Extended Warranty

Kuvings Malaysia Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions:

This Extended Warranty is applicable to the Kuvings EVO700 Juicer purchased through our online store (www.kuvings.my) by customers in Malaysia. By purchasing this Extended Warranty, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Warranty Duration
The Standard Warranty covers:
•⁠  ⁠1 year for parts
•⁠  ⁠5 years for the motor

The Extended Warranty will double the duration of the standard warranty, extending coverage to:
•⁠  ⁠2 years for parts
•⁠  ⁠10 years for the motor

Warranty Terms and Exclusions:
These warranty terms apply to both the Standard Warranty and the Extended Warranty for the Kuvings EVO700 Juicer. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not include:

•⁠  ⁠Damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or abuse of the juicer.
•⁠  ⁠Damage caused by using ingredients with hard skins or seeds, or similar items not suitable for juicing as listed in the user manual. (e.g., Sugarcane, Coconut, Ice)
•⁠  ⁠Accidental damage (e.g., dropping or mishandling the machine).
•⁠  ⁠Repairs or modifications performed by anyone other than Kuvings Malaysia’s authorized service center.
•⁠  ⁠Use of the juicer for commercial purposes.
•⁠  ⁠Cleanliness-related issues, such as stains, discoloration, or residue on parts after use.
•⁠  ⁠Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading, scratches, or surface damage from regular use).
•⁠  ⁠Cosmetic damage that does not affect the juicer's functionality (e.g., minor scratches or dents).
•⁠  ⁠Damages caused by natural disasters (e.g., flooding, fire).

Eligibility
The Extended Warranty is available to customers who purchase the extended coverage at the time of buying the Kuvings EVO700 juicer from our official online store (www.kuvings.my). This warranty is only applicable to purchases made in Malaysia and cannot be transferred to a new owner.

Service and Repairs
All warranty services and repairs must be conducted by Kuvings Malaysia Authorized Service Centers. Any repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties will void the warranty.

Non-Transferability
The Extended Warranty is not transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser.

Cost
The Extended Warranty is available for an additional fee, payable at the time of purchase. Pricing details are available on our website and may vary.

Cancellation
The Extended Warranty cannot be canceled once purchased, and no refunds will be issued.

Discretion of Kuvings Malaysia
All warranty-related decisions are made at the sole discretion of Kuvings Malaysia. Kuvings Malaysia reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions and to assess and resolve each case based on its judgment. Kuvings Malaysia reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
