Kuvings Malaysia Official Warranty Policy

Kuvings Malaysia guarantees to the original purchaser that your Kuvings slow juicer, purchased from Kuvings Malaysia or an authorized Kuvings dealer, is free from defects in material and craftsmanship under normal household use for the specified period from the date of purchase.

Warranty Duration:

Main Juicer Unit (Motor): 

2, 5, or 10 years from the date of purchase.

Spare Parts & Internal Components (Except Motor):

 1 or 2 years from the date of purchase.

(Note: The warranty period may vary by model series. Please confirm your model's specific coverage.)

This Warranty Covers:
Defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal home use within the applicable warranty period.

What This Warranty DOES NOT Cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, abuse, or accident (e.g., dropping the machine or dropping hard objects into the juicer).
  • Damage from commercial use.
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading or surface scratches).
  • Damage caused by using non-compliant ingredients (e.g., sugarcane, coconut, ice, hard seeds/skins) as listed in the user manual.
  • Damage from natural disasters (e.g., flooding, fire) or power irregularities.
  • Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized service centers.
  • Use of non-Kuvings parts or accessories.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality. (e.g., minor dents/scratches or discoloration)
  • Cleanliness-related issues such as stains or residue from use.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or with altered/removed serial numbers.
  • Costs of shipping the product for warranty service (unless required by local law).

How to Make a Warranty Claim:
To make a claim, kindly contact Kuvings Malaysia Customer Service via Call, WhatsApp, or Email. Our team will guide you through the process, which requires you to provide:

  • Your proof of purchase

(original receipt/invoice showing the date of purchase, model, and seller).

  • The product's model and serial number.
  • A clear description of the issue.

You may be required to send the product to our authorized service center for inspection. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise mandated by local consumer law.

If the defect is confirmed and covered under this warranty, Kuvings Malaysia will, at its discretion, either repair the product using new or refurbished parts or replace it with a new or equivalent refurbished unit. Any repaired or replaced product is covered for the remainder of the original product's warranty term.

Limitation of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kuvings Malaysia's responsibility under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

Governing Law:
This warranty policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Your Consumer Rights:
This Kuvings warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under Malaysian consumer protection laws. You may have additional rights that vary by region.

Policy Updates:
Kuvings Malaysia reserves the right to amend this warranty policy for future products and sales. The warranty terms applicable to your juicer are those in effect at the time of your original purchase, as documented on your proof of purchase.

  • Keep your original purchase receipt. It is essential for validating your warranty.
  • This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • By using your Kuvings juicer, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
