I began with brief meditative breathing techniques, which helped tremendously. 

Healthy Substitutions

Swapping up sugary snacks for healthier ones doesn't mean sacrificing taste. Gradual reduction

Get enough sleep

Insufficient sleep might boost sugar cravings because of shifting hormone levels. To help manage these desires, get at least 7-8 hours of quality sleep each night.
